Largely a comms issue—-not Pure’s strongest suit. Today MP is saying this is step 1 in a larger financing that will be completed by end Q1. But that’s not how this was portrayed going in—presented as non-dliutive and a lot of build up. So this was bound to be disappointing. If said from start, we are a looking at 2 stages in a very challenging environment with realistic timing, I expect this would have been received more positively. Now, key is crisp execution with frequent positive news as new products hit the market and sales increase—they really have to deliver though.  Thoughts?
