G waiting for silver price to go up before production

G waiting for silver price to go up before productionG made this statement below 2 months ago and I have always suspected, wrongfully I hope, that he might be dragging his heels waiting for silver to hit 20 dollars or thereabouts before going into production.I am hoping this is coming out of left field and has no substance but it is excruciatingly wearing and tediously frustrating to see the weeks turn into months now and hear no news of concrete progress towards production, and not knowing what is going on. Maybe G thinks he is only responsible and beholden to his biggest shareholder, that is himself. Hopefully I am barking up the wrong tree here and G comes good sometime this year.

"The brief silver spike to US$19.50 in September of this year gave many investors hope that the slump was over, but that hope was deflated as silver dropped to US$16.50, taking the wind out of investors' expectations. However, Eric Sprott as well as a number of respected analysts, are on record predicting that silver prices will exceed $20 per ounce in 2020".
