Parts sales are picking up – hello mega profit margins

Parts sales are picking up – hello mega profit marginsThis investment in Quebec for the Eastern Canada parts facility is a sign the parts business is ramping up big time.  This is where the huge profits are for the bus industry.

Everything is falling in place for Grande West.  Major new bus sales are starting to come out of the massive US market and the very lucrative parts business in Canada is taking off.  Remember they have 90% market share in their segment in Canada so the parts business is going to be huge.  Sooo many buses in Canada must have already come out of warranty or are just about to.

Buses out of warranty need to have many, many expensive replacement parts considering they run for so many hours of the day.

The financials will get better and better.

As the Vicinity bus fleets grow across Canada, it’s important to us that we can support our customers with parts in a timely manner, and simultaneously save on freight charges for both parties,” stated William Trainer, CEO and President of Grande West Transportation.  “The facility location is ideal and being only a half-hour from Montreal allows us to ship anywhere with only a 1-day turnaround time during eastern business operating hours."
