RE:STEALTHMAN123st THE DDB LITIGATION TEAM OF 5 LOVES YOU!!!

I myself support the notion of justice but perhaps my thinking is like others here who have remained on the sidelines. The idea of legal representation sounds great on the surface... But I think the approach shouldn't be as casual as simply passing on $500.00.

•For example, how far into representation does that $500 get you?
•who is this lawyer and what is their track record with cases like this?
•why does this lawyer think there is foul play?
•have you spoken directly to him/her?
•are there other examples of representation similar to this one?
•I read a post they are based out of the US and not here.. why is that?
•is their law background Canadian & do the same rules apply?
•what does their proposal look like?
•are there other lawyers who would take this case on contingency if it's such a sure thing?
•what is the Iiklihood of a timeline and what is the real projected cost for roughly 15 people?
•what can they do between now and mid March and is that enough time and why?

This search for supporters reads like $500 is the answer to all our prayers. I'm sure that is just the beginning and perhaps the lack of that support is out of fear of throwing away even more money.

A proper proposal could go a long way IMO.

whomever is organizing this should post a signup sheet with all of these above points (and beyond) explained in black & white. Post one here and on CEO. The outcome might be a lot different.
