Mills &Mills could easily accomplish the answer yes or no in one letter to Louisa.

ONE...... DDB share for one Hostpapa share??

ANYBODY??? PLEASE POST, DO YOU AGREE this would resolve issue???
ONE smalll flick of the pen on the contract,
" would include PAST DDB shareholders, to be a part of Hostpapa takeover"
