Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Corn, Carrots and peppers are very different than a substance in the same category as heroin. Even when it becomes legal, it is like alchohol, or tabacco, not food. IP is a concern for someone that isn't in the weed culture looking at it from the outside, or has believed companies like ACB spouting clickbait, ... the market is already 100 billion in North America it is just illegal. Marijuana has been around for thousands of years... people want cheap weed. IP doesn't matter as much as distribution (GMP matters because it will be easy to ship to the US as well once legal), and cost of production. Cigarette companies and alchohol companies are doing just fine without IP. This post is crazy and shows why the stocks are so volatile... very few people, even big money institutions don't understand the industry. How many CFA's smoke weed...lol
