Liberty was a scheme, they got rich unloading shares to relatives and friends. conveniently they went broke before any testing could occur. Nedless to say the guys behind the company went rich. To make that last extra profit they basically sold their listing trough a reverse take over. I know one guy on this forum that used to tout them..
