RE:RE:Amatuer HoureKaname.... try telling the investors who purchased stock today on the TSX in the .90's that it's totally fine that the company don't care about the TSX.
Where does TXP trade more volume..... the LSE or the TSX?
It wasn't even trading on the LSE till a few years ago, when TXP sold them a bunch of cheap shares (badly diluted for existing shareholders) to get started over there.
This company was originally out of Alberta with a ton of cash and very little assets.
In 2014 they merged with Touchstone (operating out of Trinidad), when they had $50M in Cash and No Debt.
They managed to squander that away through the years with very little production growth to show for it.
As mentioned on this board, the quality of the producing oil assets, not very good.
Now we have this great discovery where we can finally turn this thing around and we have to go with hat in hand to get a measly $9M from the brits..... at a huge discount?
Why not issue 18M warrants @ $0.50 ea with same strike price a year or 2 from now to get your $9M now and possibly $9M more on the exercise date?
