RE:RE:RE:RE:Nice to see 52 week highsGood observation but, I would not do an offering until after they release YE results.  Also the yield would still be around 6.6% at a price of $9 so I would wait for an even higher stick price.  They also need to finish absorbing the recent deals etc.  So march ( late march) or april would be earliest I expect and the share price should be $8.50+

i will wait and hope to exit higher and return after a $0.50 drop.
