RE:Strong "No". Long time shareholder here (see post history), have owned the stock since it was TN.UN and it merged with NPR.UN to become NVU.UN. I have over $1.2 million worth of NVU.UN shares.

I'm going to vote no. As some other posters have mentioned, NVU.UN even at $36 is just catching up and it's still way cheaper than peers such as CAR.UN, MR.UN, IIP.UN, etc.

The fact that the stock right now is trading above the takeout value is the market saying it thinks NVU.UN is worth more.

So I'm going to vote No and see what happens. I could see this going out for a higher price (my personal ideal is the stock doesn't get taken out and it stays independent and I just keep on collecting my dividends). If I'm wrong, I collect a lot more dividends, if I'm right we get an even better takeout price. As said, my preference is for NVU to stay NVU.
