Stock buyback

Stock buybackIn addition to the announced buyback, the company should be borrowing $200-300M at these very low rates to buy back stock. They created too many shares with the purchase of Detour and paid no cash. So borrowing to buy back shares would simply be replacing some of the purchase price on Detour into cash instead of all stock. Not a big deal. Canadian companies, unlike the US, are too conservative and run their companies like old ladies clipping coupons and looking at their savings account passbooks. Wake up please. You need to rock the market and crush the shorts.
