I think a lot of long term hareholders feel the same way. Watching the growth since 2018, only to see strategic investors get in at $1.60 (Shens, et al.) and $1.80 (Cormark).
It is frustrating, but this money will be put to good use. They wouldn't be raising $12M+ without a plan in mind to grow the company significantly.
