Some more facts and info

Some more facts and infoThe free trading float at present is aprox 5 million shares of which insiders own or control 2/3 and would have to file if they sold which hasn't happened since this became a company. So this would effectively bring the free trading float down to aprox 2 million. This 2 mil based on averages paid for the stock pre roll back would give that 2 mil a breakeven price of $12.85 per share. Hence we see very little paper being sold. That will change in May when the last PP becomes free tradable or shortable. Financials are due out this week and should be crappy my guess is 3 million or less. The next financials will depend on Natural Ventures. That court case should be decided within a week or two. The gov appealed the superior courts decision to give the licenses back and appeals are seldom won for anything. We shall see. If Natural Ventures wins the court case the next financials will be the combination of Natures Venture sales and the GSRX store sales which would be around 10 million for the quarter. Nothing is known about sales from any other wing of the company ( Colombia, California, Texas, Arizona,Ten, Michigan, CBD sales ). So we sit and wait to hear something from a company that does not keep it's shareholders informed about anything.
