RE:IIROC LOOKING FOR HELPMNB, I totally agree and understood your frustration.  Unfortunately we are in Canada, where the law is much different from our American neibour in terms of protecting retail investors. 

I would recommend DDB shareholders who are American citizens, if you have incurred a loss, you should get an American lawyer and sue DDB for your loss (I do not think you need to pay your American lawyer until you get the compensation and lots of lawyers will be glad to work for you). 

Another suggestion is for anyone who has the proof on the offer of SWIS, if you can prove the offer from SWIS is a better one than Hostpapa's, please submit your proof and also MNB's letter to RCMP.  This is actually recommeded by IIROC/OSE.
