mnb, I am sure, now that info is out, if a lawyer asks nicely to SWIS, they will reply. Especially since the transaction is expired and there is no confidentiality anymore. The fact that a Public company, trading in the SAME exchange, made an offer that seemed reasonnable and these guys ignored it?? That is worth looking into. I am thinking that Louisa and Siva and infor financial were working on a deal already with HostPapa and took the cash. This whole lets open for bids was rigged from day 1.
