NO you will NOT receive the dividend! You needed to buy VET on February 24,2020 to receive the dividend. You need to be settled at least one business day before the ex dividend date of Feb 27, 2020. That means your buy order has to be settled on Feb 26, 2020. It takes three days for a stock to settle, trading day plus two days.
