Its Grub Line property is located 3.5 kilometers west of the town of Gander, NL. The Quinn Lake Property comprises two contiguous mineral licenses totaling 700 hectares (ha).

What is not clear to me is whether not pursuing means:

1. Not exploring for the near future, but might later

2. Not exploring, no future plans to explore, but might sale the property

3. Walking away and letting permits expire and not make any required payments, so it reverts back to the prior owner or the government
