RE:Bad news for ALMOAnother article about the catastrophic loss of PEMEX (around 18 billion $ in 2019 !!) due to multiple stategic and operational failures. The financial situation of PEMEX is getting very dark without the help of privat companies (farmouts), especially ROE & Lukoil with Amatitlan.
