RE:Alain BellemareIts called sandwich message delivery. Start off with good or optimistic news follwed by all negative news in the middle and finish it off with optimistic and positive news. Atleast unilke airbus, bombardier didn't bribe its customers to sell airplanes and unlike Boeing Boeing bombardier doesn't sell death traps and lie.
