Not sure what 

1. caused the price to drop from initial offer and 

2. were they forced to sell ?

I'm currently out of the stock and will stay that way until after earnings are released at least. Love the company and management but recession fears are very strong right now. Given current market conditions any company specific negative event will move the needle far more to the downside than a positive event to the upside.
