RE:RE:ASK YOURSELF HOW CAN IT BE LEGAL? LESS THAN 30 DAYS

RE:RE:ASK YOURSELF HOW CAN IT BE LEGAL? LESS THAN 30 DAYSThank you for your complaint to the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) concerning the proposed amalgamation of Data Deposit Box Inc. (Data Deposit).

You are concerned that this amalgamation may not be legal and that shareholders have not been given enough notice.

Data Deposit Box Inc. is a reporting issuer (public company) in Ontario and the OSC is its principal regulator.

I have forwarded your concerns to the appropriate branch of the OSC for further review.  Their review of this matter will focus on potential violations of Ontario securities law.  Please note that regulatory reviews, are conducted confidentially.  Any issues that staff may identify will be addressed with the issuer directly.  Any information that can be made public is posted on the OSC website (OSC Proceedings).

If you have any questions about this information, you are welcome to contact me at the number below, and I would be happy to help.

Sincerely,

Brigitte Sinapi
