RE:ABG’s Grande West Vicinity 2020’s

I’m pretty sure the Buy America regulations say the final assembly for rolling stock (buses, railcars, etc) must be done in the US to be compliant so the 2 new 2020 buses with final assembly in Canada that ABG has must be for non-government end customers who do not require their buses to be compliant.
