Liked it at $17.40. Like it even better at $14.40. These guys have operated through a number of turbulent times. I have confidence they can navigate this one.

As previously stated by another poster, they have lots of cash to deploy. Many opportunities to harvest while continuing to pay a sustainable (and now ridiculous) dividend.
