Net Cash Flow vs. Market CapMarket Cap = 1.307 B USD
From Brucejack alone:
Net Cash flow after tax @ 1,300 USD/oz = 1.95 B USD
Net Cash flow after tax @ 1,600 USD/oz = 2.75 B USD
Net Cash flow after tax @ 1,900 USD/oz = 3.55 B USD
Better take these Net Cash Flow figures to see how undervalued our Brucejack gold is.
The NPV numbers stated include a 5 % p.a. interest rate discount. Where on earth do you get a long term 5 % interest rate which is even backed by physical gold ?! But even these NPV 5% figures look great.
I guess that many people wait and hope for a last waterfall produced by shorters Algo machines.
In my case I hope for it cause I got just quite some good funds on my account out of the Chinese "Continental Gold" take over. This money wants to be reinvested into an undervalued gold miner...
Please bear in mind: above figures are only the classic pure Brucejack mine figures. No extention into the West zone and into depth, No "second Brucejack" under the "Flow Dome" zone, No huge "Snowfield" resources and none of the other resources we are hunting for on our big part of the Golden Triangle is included.
I heard that on Capital markets oceans of money are desperately searching good yielding investments. Pretium is one with very significant bonus chances.
