The Companys investment objectives are (i) to provide holders of Preferred Shares with cumulative preferential floating rate monthly cash dividends at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus 0.75%, with a minimum annual rate of 5.0% and a maximum annual rate of 7.0% (ii) to provide holders of Class A Shares with regular floating rate monthly cash distributions targeted to be at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus 2.0%, with a minimum targeted annual rate of 5.0% and a maximum targeted annual rate of 10.0% and (iii) to return the original issue price to holders of both Preferred Shares and Class A Shares at the time of the redemption of such shares on December 1, 2012.

RE:RE:can they still pay the monthly divi?????????????I have looked at this Funds Document Section .. that STATES the Monthly Divi. is base on the Last Months  3 Trading Days. I done the Math and tried to figure out the Monthly Divi base on the 3 Daily Prices (High , Low , Closing ) , Added each 3 days Totals of Seperated H-L-Close prices Total Muitiply by 10% and Divided by 12 months ( example LOW 3 days Prices 26.62 Times 10% =$2.662 Divided by 12 months = $0.2218 Feb Dividend ..BUT if you look at the FUNDS Feb Distribution = $0.13083 .. so i can not figure how they Got their Monthy Divi Number.. anyone else Figure this out..???
