Retiredcfo No offense taken. VMD's shares are falling much faster than the market and worst than some oil stocks. IMO, the shares would be down due to the market but not like this. Management missed meeting guidance over the past 3 quarters, the company's EPS went down last year and management continued to implement the share based compensation policy as opposed to revising it. They also make a decision to list on the US exchange too early and that also cost the company significant dollars. With this performance and the results this past years, I don't beieve the share based management compensation should of been so rich. We all have our opinions, but the stock is not up that much from 2.3 years ago. Management even stated in the last conference call that the market and VMD's sp move for a number of reasons - AGREE, then change the management compensatoin policy to reflect management's performance in terms of EPS and in a sustained manner.
