RE:Looking for REIT buying ideas!I recently sold all my reits. Today I purchased apr.un again. I would not buy any office reits. I don`t think office space will be in big demand in the next year. I am also staying away from retail. My family is not going to any mall lately. However I am driving more. In a few weeks I am expected to be in the New York area. I will drive there not fly. And with low gas prices I think the auto shops will be busy repairing older cars. All the experts were wrong as usual. They would come on TV and talk about the end of the gas car and to stay away from dealerships stocks. LOL. They will soon all be buying apr.un and selling their other reits at a huge loss. What a great time to buy apr.un. It is below the last two financing prices and pays a great dividend. The balance sheet is great and they will continue to make more money every year since the rents go up every year. Jump in before all the so called experts come on TV and tell you to buy this reit.
