Slow but steady, you cannot correct a 10$ 2 year slide in a quarter. keep a steady hand on the tiller.  Choose the new direction and stick to it.  There is upside here, but not the instant takeover bunk the posters and short sellers want.

A new CEO will develop organically if needed, there is good people around, just have to retain and promote them.  Easier said then done but that is why the board gets high 6 figures.
