MNB regarding this statement:

I can tell you that the offer was for SHARE EXCHANGE at $ 0.0075/DDB share when DDB was trading at $0.0050. GlobeX Data aka SWIS would have brought it to a value of $0.01 cent a share and maybe even match Hotpapa on a share per share basis. This means you would have SHARES of a growing business. Right now you have nothing except a large tax loss.

So whatever they blurted there, they are not telling you the truth. SWIS had to follow up a few times and never got a counter offer.
