So... monetize could mean many things.  I certainly hope not a sale - but a JV with a reputable company - say Torex or similar.   I actually would like to see them finish the FS based on the original pit model only, not underground.  The underground aspect could always be added later on.  What does the board here think?

With the rising gold price, I would have expected something better with San Fran - seems like they let it go for peanuts (depending on when they expect to sell their stake in Magna), but I assume the dispute with the contractor is a non-starter.  Too bad.

I certainly hope they are looking at augmenting the FC mine plan by restarting the Standard mine or similar. 

Right now, a lot of unanswered questions.   With that said, I know Backens is a FCF first kinda guy.
