RE:RE:RE:A Slice a Day
Nothing to do with supply and demand. Like I said, I fly more than the average person. Their planes have never been full. And why should they be? It's cheaper to fly to Europe or to the Carribean than cross country. It's always a nice excuse, oh, but our country is big, so it makes sense for prices to be high. You keep telling yourself that. No airline competition means they're able to monopolize in Canada. You try doing that in other places in the world, they would not survive with their price gouging. I'm not going to defend a company that profits from its customers because they think they can get away with it. When oil prices was going down, you think they adjusted their prices? No! They're fn greedy and want to make more money. The government recently put laws in place similar or European laws to compensate customers for delayed flights within their control. They don't want to respect those rules because, again, they are greedy and think they can get away with it by changing the reasoning for delayed flights. Many, many, many complaints against AC concerning IATA rules and regulations. In less than 3 months it has been put in place! If AC is such a well run company, they seem to be making record profits these last few years, why didn't they have a rainy day fund? So that our tax paying dollars can bail them out? Again? Greed has no shame. The sp only went up last trading hour because shorts needed to cover. You think the sp is cheap then go buy all you want. I would suggest waiting until it gets cheaper, then you'll be kicking yourself. I expect this to drop to $5 by next week and hover close to 0 by month end as it has done in the past.
