RE:typically what happens in markets like today's is:Ya, it will be ugly for some time time to come. Protech and Viamed are going to do very, very well from now on, imho. The World Health Organization has just came out will a statement saying the world health system has basically collapsed. Talk about added fear mongering to an already devasted world economy. But no mention of the positive events in China, Japan and South Korea.
If you have travelled to Europe and Asia you will see one stark difference. Asian countries like Japan, North Korea have new infrastructure in most homes and buildings where people are told to stay at home. Mostly on newer infrastructure with proper ventilation. In Italy more people live in old infrastructure breathing in who knows what. Then there are the water and sewage systems. Old.
Any world traveller can draw the same conclusion but nobody draws the comparison. I was right in the heart of the hardest hit area of Italy last September for 2 weeks visiting close friends in Treviso, in the the Veneto region. This could be the explanation as to why Italy is so hard hit.
