Will COVID19 affect Health Canada Due Process

An intersting thought yesterday. Will the governments battle with COVID 19 slow / speed up / maintain status quo with the regulatory approval of Voyageurs submissions? Speeding up means additional jobs to a depleted work force....Any thoughts?
