1. Why was it necessary to form Imaging X? Could Voyageur Pharm sufficed?

2. Who sits on the Imaging X board and how are they compensated?

3. Are there board members whom sit on both Imaging X and Voyageur?

4. What type of new arrangement is in place with CMS and Voyageur?

5. Imaging X is not publically traded. How will profits from Imaging X increase shareholder value for Voyageur?

6. Will Voyageur Inc in UTAH generate revenue or strcitly supply?

7. Mineral Brine project is JV with Anson Resources (Australia). with 600 million shares outstanding and 21 million in accumalated loses, are they competnent enough to be implemented into your strategic planning?

8. Are there plans for other minerals in the pipeline i.e lithium, bromine etc...

9. Security at the Barite site?

10. Approx how much funding needs to be raised to begin production for the Canadian market?
