RE:anyone on here It took them a long time to get any attention and the fact that it is so thinly traded drove the share price up very high very fast.  I don't feel it was undervalued at those prices but fair value when it hit around $80.  They run a solid operation and constantly increase the NAV just on AFFO alone.  The one caveat with Alberta focused REITs is that every time oil drops, they drop in tandem which is frustrating because the REITs typically continue to make money, but the perception is opposite keeping the prices down.  Boardwalk has the same issue even though they managed to maintain solid tenant levels and revenues over the last 4 years.
