Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

It's been reported that the Chinese noted that patients w/o lupus were getting Covid-19, but that no patients w/ lupus were being treated for it ... that led them to their own informal testing of HCQ as a treatment ... they reported on about 80 patients, which the French doctor, Raoult, picked up on and led him to start doing his own testing and his initial cohort of 20 patients on which he reported ... the S. Koreans also picked up on the Chinese test results and very quickly used it on their own patients ... of course, the S. Koreans had the added benefit of kimchi in their diet which builds up the immune system.
