Good companies are doing this as we speak because it at least shows the shareholders that we feel your pain and we are at least trying to help the situation. Check out CNQ new release.
Now SOX could give a flying &%&% about sharing the pain. We do not want to take a hit on our wage even though we are the ones that drove this company from the $20's to .80cents.
It really is sad and the Grim Reaper is knocking on the door. That debt load is only going to get heavier.
