I3 Energy offer

I3 Energy offerI3 Energy offer is base on TEI in BK.
I3 Energy offer paid all creditors in full and nothing (almost nothing) for TEI shareholders
Now I3 Energy has bougth all TEI debts.
In anytime I3 Energy can put TEI in BK.
The offer of .0281 I3 Energy share per TEI share is close to the cost to put TEI in BK.
IF TEI is put in BK, the tax loose pool is loss.  Then the 25M$ in futur income tax saving is loss.
I3 Energy has to increase his offer to keep the tax loose pool, by how much to be a good deal for both I3 Energy and TEI ?

I3 Energy trading value 0.075 pence, offer 4 399 224 I3 Energy shares (0.0281 I3 Energy per TEI) or 329 941 GBP or 580 235 CDN.
An offer equivalent to 5M$CDN is 8.62 x 0.0281 = 0.2422 I3 Energy share per TEI share

If I3 Energy offer is increase to or over 0.242 I3 share per TEI share, I will vote YES my 5 200 000 shares
