RE:RE:China opening it's financial markets to foreign companies.People forget what peak has accomplished in china, it has a web site licences not easy to get, done all the paper work for approvals from government banking agencies and the licences to go along with. plus a established network ready to go. With a large injection of cash from a major things would a lot different for peak and to clients  For a  bank startup from in another country I would think that is one hurdle other banks interested in getting into china might find quite valuable
