They have proven this over and over and this RS with the name change at the worst possible time is just more proof of that. The SP now needs to double to get back to where it was before the RS and there is almost no chance of that happening much less chance of it increasing any meaningful amount above that.
Most companies do an RS to increase SP and then do a PP to raise money and these geniuses have lost that opportunity. Could you imagine any investor looking at this and saying "they did an RS and immediately lost half their value, that's where I want to put my money ". You'd be just as well off if you buried your money and tried to grow a money tree. At the very least you'd still have your original investment to go and dig up when the tree didn't grow. I was seriously considering buying at half a cent before the RS but I thought about how they operate and decided that they would definitely find a way to mess it up and didn't want to lose more money.

Remember a couple of years ago I was doing the same thing you are - trying to warn investors away from this p.o.s. You and FordVic would have none of it!
I eventually gave up - as will you. Investors will believe what they want to believe, matters little or not at all what anonymous posters on a bulloard advise...
