RE:RE:AGM2020

RE:RE:AGM2020
Thanks for the warm welcome Freemax1, the next move is to go to the AGM with the support of all of the shareholders that are tired of Jared's lack of leadership and results. From the feedback we are getting it looks like we will be successful in removing him completely. It is a very lengthy and expensive undertaking but we are trying to spend as little as possible to still accomplish our goal. We have starting taking up a collection from folks that just want to help cover the costs and so far we are in good shape. Out of all of the people I have talked to about removing him from the company there have only been 4 that say he needs to stay and 2 of them are himself and Andris. One of the other people that thinks he's doing a good job is Claudio Manissero. I talked to Claudio on the phone a while back and explained that a group of us were interested in removing Jared and he agreed Jared had to go and even cited a couple reasons why, then he asked who we had to take his place on the board. As soon as I mentioned Preston's name the conversation took a complete 180. All of a sudden Jared was the best thing since sliced bread and Preston didn't have a clue. Claudio informed me that he had even told Jared to fire Preston at one point a while ago and if we kept up our activism he would go to the AGM and tell everyone that Preston was a fraud. I hope he keeps his word, I would love to see Preston's response.  I've also had plenty of conversations with Andris and have a hard time understanding why he supports Jared in every single aspect of the company. Jared's been stringing us all along for years with the Driftwood project and the same would seem to go for Andris since he is a 10% owner in that project. Andris admits Jared shouldn't be leading the company yet keeps voting for him. To me that means he is not acting independently, which he should be able to do if he is a director of a public company. Each director needs to be able to walk into a board meeting with critical thinking and his record just doesn't show he's capable of that. Andris knows Jared has wasted our investment on a lavish lifestyle but still supports him, unbelievable. There must be some reason why. In any event it wont much matter after June 30th when neither of them is a director of the company anymore. It wont take long to turn things around once they are gone, no one wants to get involved with MGX right now. Jared even says it is tough to find financing for projects and blames our group of Activists. He keeps trying to convince us that it's not his fault by blaming everyone else for destroying the value of the company. Just look at the share price, it's been on a long slow decline for over a year but somehow an Activist group formed in late December is responsible. It's declined from a closing high of $1.75 all the way down to 7 cents, honestly that's just pathetic.
