RE:RE:Is this sale going to close?? guys it will take 3 months to close a sale like this. the buyer need to verify all financials, this includes year end financials, and according to the CSE year ends have been extemded to June 30th because of COVID 19. Also there are regulatory papers to fill out and the regulatory bodies are understaffed. Meanwhile check this, DDB could have been part of this:
