- lucky we sold the low end hotels late last year or we would be dog shitz right now

- we have great assets worth approx $1billion - USD is strong over CAD 
-insiders continue to buy but that dont mean much. Remember they bought $10million at $6bucks back in 2018-19? They got burned hard, very hard. 
- Infastructure bill will boost local tradesman travel - watch Trump closely 

- Checked out United Airline industry forecast EPS for Q3 which is expected to be significantly higher than the current qurarter. Airline industry will boost hotels. 

- 80% vacany level in USA will be short lived. Have faith. 

- This will take a few years to get back up to $7 bucks but our capital investment is protected. Divy will come back on line at a later point. Hold tight.
