RE:RE:RE:back up the truck? Well, the company is one of the top performing oil services, one of the few with revenue growth and positive earnings, and nearly no debt - what is a fair price, the 5 year chart doesn't look good at all. Why stay public when service companies so beat up? Besides, with 38%+ of insiders already locked up, it really doesn't matter why. And can you see any public shareholders voting no? If they pulled it for some reason, it would be chaos and no one would vote for it at a lower price. Mgt would likely lose their jobs and the company would lose all credibility.
