RE:RE:RE:Go private Bbd and be done with shorts once and for allBut why would you if with 15% you are control everything. Why take on additional debt to own 100%. Yeah you get keep 100% of profit but so does 100% debt burden. Is the 85% worth the hassle and risk. If you owned 15% of car share program yet drive it whenever you want or almost all the time then will you pay 85% and pay all the bills and keep doing the same as with 15% ownership but now you are on hook for all expense?

Post BT sale, they will be well within acceptable debt ratios. So if the share price lingers, and they find the right partner, it could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for them to increase their stake for not that much money upfront.  Sorry I misspoke - twice in a lifetime as they did it before with BRP.
