These subscription receipts are then exchanged for common shares, debentures or whatever the form security you subscribed to, upon closing.
3. The share price may be irrelevant for accredited investors, but it is completely relevent to people looking for an afforable investment.
4. It's about share price affordability not number of shares.
5. Amazon market cap = $1.08 Trillion; Telus market cap = $28.6 Billion... How is that even remotely comparable?
