RE:RE:17% YIELDWhat is the risk? That they stop the dividend completely? Decrease it? The company is already down 60% and has a good balance sheet. Lower mortgage rates on the assets and mostly "essential" long term tenants. CEO and directors buying on the open market. This entry point makes this company a gem.
