RE:RE:Poor quality properties & management

RE:RE:Poor quality properties & management I’m sorry man but you just don’t get it. BTB is actualy a diversified reit with a mix of commercial, office and industrial properties. This is not a binary discussion between residential vs commercial, but rather good quality vs poor quality. Their assets were acquired at unbelievable valuations at the expense of shareholders. Ask any broker in the business about these guys (except for the ones that benefitted from their stupidities) and you won’t believe the stories.

Stickbot I have no clue where the share price will go, I just want to make investors aware of the underlying business. If you take the time to actually review their financials (see previous post), and portfolio relative to other reits, you’ll begin to understand that the company is not in good shape.

Most of these small reits work because of low interest rates and they’ve dam lucky. If rates one day rise in a meanignful way, BTB will perish. Think about it!
