RE:RE:Don't give me the spin-off

RE:RE:Don't give me the spin-offPersonally, I was hoping for tradeable GB Royalty shares as I would be buying as I believe their value will increase as the project develops and they will increasingly be attractive to royalty companies.  But, if they're not tradeable I'm just trying to understand the implications.

So come May 5, I will own be the owner of GB Royalty shares and somewhere that will be registered, correct?  And I could still sell my GBR shares and still hold the GB Royalty shares, which, at some point in the future, I could sell?

Honestly, I have never had a non tradeable spin-off.
