RE:Two best options for bbd

RE:Two best options for bbdFirst things first, Legault is making a big mistake ceding control of BT to Alstom. It's a big business in a growing industry. It's understandable if you can't afford it but they have CDPQ that is Quebec's Buffett (by the way why don't they have more cash). Putting a lot of eggs - ACLP and BT - in the French basket... France only cares about France. Push comes to shove - no shove at all actually - France will favor Ottawa over Quebec. It's been mismanaged yes but you don't make long term decisions based on short term events. It's the continuation of CDPQ damaging Bombardier/Quebec aka sh#$ on your own doorstep. This Alstom deal has done nothing for Bombardier's immediate debt problem and may never will. It only has 500 QC jobs but has potential for many many more. QC SB good at this as they are at transportation, software and big projects (SNC). Could be his Xerox moment (divesting a crown jewel). So kill 2 birds Mr. Legault - help Bombardier by offloading/financing BT per my earlier but keep it in QC control for long term benefits. Enough is enough - Bombardier already offload too many strategic assets.
